Property Activation Fund | Goole Town Deal

This grant funding scheme encouraged property owners, developers and tenants to carry out improvements to buildings in the town centre and helped to bring several empty or under-used sites back into use.

Approximately £2.5 million of Goole Town Deal funding been used to help fund the restoration of 24 town centre buildings through the Property Activation Fund, with match-funding coming from the owners or occupants of the buildings.

Dilapidated commercial premises brought back into use.
Property Activation Fund supports another business to invest in Goole.
First grant awarded from Property Activation Fund.
