Richard is Chief Executive of leading regional housebuilder Beal Homes. Family-owned Beal Homes is a Yorkshire born and bred success story, with building in its blood – Richard represents the seventh generation of his family to have run construction businesses. Richard joined Beal Homes in 1988, working on building sites and in all aspects of the business before being appointed to the Beal Board in 1994 and succeeding his father, John, as Managing Director in 1996.

Beal Homes is at the forefront of Goole’s regeneration, by providing the high-quality homes that are critical to the town’s growth. Beal’s The Greenways development will ultimately comprise of 800 properties, ranging from starter homes to executive houses, on a 73-acre site off Rawcliffe Road.
