Paul has worked at the Environment Agency in Flood and Coastal Risk Management for 15 years.  He is Partnership Manager for East Yorkshire, and also has a role in the Incident Management Team, helping manage the Environment Agency response to flooding and environmental incidents.

Paul is particularly keen on working with the Goole Town Deal to try and ensure flood risk is better understood by communities and residents as well as help ensure development happens in a flood and environmentally sensitive way.

Paul would also like to align and enhance the Environment Agency’s work to achieve local ambitions and plans whilst seeking opportunities to partner and match fund projects that achieve multiple objectives
