Teresa Chalmers is the Chief Operating Officer of Hull and East Yorkshire Business Growth and Skills Hub, previously Humber LEP.

Prior to working at the Humber LEP as Executive Director of Employment and Skills for seven years, Teresa had over 25 years experience working in education, training and business environments.

She previously led the Humber LEP Employment and Skills agenda, developing strategic solutions and maximising economic potential. This work included leading on the skills strategy and skills and employment programme development as well as leading on national bid opportunities to provide additional funds to the Humber, partnership development and support.
