Finbarr is the Localisation Director for Siemens Mobility Ltd.  His responsibilities include the setup of purpose built manufacturing facilities at the Siemens site in Goole.  In addition to construction he will oversee the recruitment & training of the factory workforce.  Finbarr performed the same role for Siemens Wind Power from 2014 through to 2017.

That project saw the construction of a factory to manufacture wind turbine blades and a harbour to import and export wind turbine components.  The facilities were completed to time and budget and the site now employs 1,100 people.
