Beal Homes recently announced that it has now sold more than 300 properties at The Greenways, it’s development site in Goole, demonstrating just how much demand there is for new homes in the town.

According to Beal Homes, which launched The Greenways five years ago, it has seen consistently strong sales ever since. The house builder is investing in excess of £200 million in The Greenways, which will ultimately bring more than 800 new homes to the town and is the firm’s largest development to date.

Reaching the milestone of selling more than 300 new homes coincides with Beal Homes announcing the next phase of the development.

Sales and Marketing Director Ross Clarkson said: “When we announced The Greenways, it was a major vote of confidence in Goole and the town’s future. That confidence has been rewarded with the success of this development and the creation of a flourishing new community.” 

The development of The Greenways is just one example of a wave of major investment in Goole in recent years. Other examples include Siemens Mobility’s Goole Rail Village, which is creating hundreds of skilled jobs in the town, and the Goole Town Deal regeneration programme.
