The Goole Town Deal Board, which includes representation from a wide variety of public, private and voluntary sector organisations with a shared commitment to regenerating Goole, was honoured to receive the Team of The Year Award at the 2026 Goole & Howdenshire Business Excellence Awards on Friday evening, 10 April.

With delivery of the Town Deal programme now in its final phase, this was wonderful recognition for everyone who has played their part in turning the eight strategic projects allocated a share of the funding from an initial concept into a reality.

The Board would like to thank the awards committee for organising such a wonderful evening, and congratulate all those who were shortlisted and won awards on the night.
